Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of BusinessDr. Sarah Zipp is an Associate Professor in the Bolte School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University. She is the Program Director for Sport Management, overseeing the master’s and bachelor’s degree programs. Dr. Zipp has taught in the USA, UK, Netherlands, Singapore and Japan. Her research examines aspects of social justice and sport management, including gender equality, globalization in sport, diversity and inclusion, sport for development, menstrual health and ethical leadership. She is a leading researcher and advocate for menstrual health literacy in sport, working on funded grant programs in the UK.
