Christina Green, Ph.D., joined the Mount in 2016 and instructs undergraduate and graduate courses in management and business ethics.

She previously worked as an adjunct business instructor at Penn State University’s Mont Alto and World Campuses, and spent 12 years in the banking industry fulfilling roles in consumer lending, securities sales, management and training and development. She most recently served as a bank’s talent development manager where she managed all training initiatives, coached employees for development and performance improvement, and collaborated with executive management in strategic and succession planning.

Green continues to consult in the banking industry, providing training in management and leadership and guidance on talent development initiatives. Green also conducted research for her dissertation, “Leadership Journeys of Women in the Pennsylvania Banking Industry: A Qualitative Study Exploring Women’s Perceived Barriers and Opportunities to Advancement in Bank Leadership.”

In addition to women and leadership, her additional research interests include diversity and leadership, coaching for performance improvement and employee engagement, and talent development and strategic planning.
