Amelia Tigner came to the Mount in Sept 1991. Her late-husband, Dr. Emilio A. Rodríguez, was an assoc. professor of Poltical Science and International Relations. Their son, John, graduated from the Mount in 2006 (History/English & ROTC).

Hobbies include knittiing/crochet, jewlery making, and other crafts. With her current husband, Jim, enjoys hunting for antique treasures to resell.
